FAQ
Are LLAMA Trucks legal to drive on public roads?
LLAMA Trucks are designed for unrestricted use on private property, farms, and job sites. For public road use, owners may register the vehicle with their local authorities, and once registered according to local regulations, the truck can be legally operated on public roads. Requirements vary by state, so we recommend checking with your local DMV.
Are LLAMA Trucks shipped fully assembled?
Yes! Every LLAMA Truck is fully assembled and tested for safety and quality. After your order, our team performs final assembly, inspection, and road testing at our facility (usually 2–4 weeks). Once complete, we schedule a freight delivery straight to your address.
To which addresses do you ship?
We provide free shipping to the lower 48 states in the U.S. We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses by default. (Note: we also offer Hawaii port pickup options in our separate shipping policy.)

Loading out after a show at 2 AM is the worst part of the job. This has saved us so much time moving bass bins and rack cases to the trailer. It feels indestructible. I love that it showed up ready to roll; I didn’t have to hunt for a wrench in the dark. Totally worth it.
Handling large floral arrangements and bags of decorative stone across the lawn can be tricky. This truck doesn't sink into the turf as much as I feared it might. It’s definitely built for work. My only gripe is that it’s quite heavy to lift into the truck bed by myself, but that's the trade-off for durability.
Setting up the finish line for our 5k races involves a lot of heavy water crates and metal barricades. This truck is a beast. We just pulled it out of the shipping crate and started working immediately. It’s much more maneuverable than the industrial carts we used to rent from the local hardware store.
Salt air usually eats my gear alive, but this seems to be holding up nicely so far. I use it for dragging heavy marine batteries and fuel jugs down the docks. It tracks straight and doesn’t pull to one side, which is a relief when you’re walking near the edge of the water. Very impressed.
Taking my lighting gear on location used to require three trips from the van. Now I just load everything onto the Vector. It feels very premium and doesn't rattle or make a ton of noise when I’m moving it across pavement. Definitely a professional grade piece of equipment that makes me look much more organized.
