FAQ
Are LLAMA Trucks legal to drive on public roads?
LLAMA Trucks are designed for unrestricted use on private property, farms, and job sites. For public road use, owners may register the vehicle with their local authorities, and once registered according to local regulations, the truck can be legally operated on public roads. Requirements vary by state, so we recommend checking with your local DMV.
Are LLAMA Trucks shipped fully assembled?
Yes! Every LLAMA Truck is fully assembled and tested for safety and quality. After your order, our team performs final assembly, inspection, and road testing at our facility (usually 2–4 weeks). Once complete, we schedule a freight delivery straight to your address.
To which addresses do you ship?
We provide free shipping to the lower 48 states in the U.S. We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses by default. (Note: we also offer Hawaii port pickup options in our separate shipping policy.)

I’ve been primarily using this to get around my farmland. my dog loves to ride in the back while we go around the property. It tops out at 35 mph which is faster than what I was expecting. The one con I have is the voice box that chats whenever you turn it on/off, go in reverse, or shift to different speeds. I ended up removing it from the “truck” and find the rides much more enjoyable. Tracking shipping was a bit confusing and I was hesitant to buy because there haven’t been many reviews BUT I am loving it so far. Drive it daily- no functional issues that I’ve noticed. Get lots of compliments with it and it’s very useful. I prefer it more than my golf cart.
I’m really impressed with my LLAMA Truck! The quality is excellent — the frame feels strong, the parts are solid, and everything looks well-built. The shipping was also super fast. The truck arrived at my home in perfect condition, no scratches or damage at all.
I even attached a photo of the truck when it was delivered. You can see how well it was packed and protected. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend!
I bought the Crest model specifically for morning chores, and it’s been a massive upgrade from my wheelbarrow. The delivery was exactly as described—no pallet or cardboard fortress to break down; the driver just lowered the ramp and I drove it straight into the garage.
The biggest win for me is the width. It’s narrow enough to navigate right down the center aisle of our horse barn to drop hay bales at each stall, which my pickup obviously can’t do. Since it’s electric, there’s no engine roar or exhaust fumes, so the horses don't spook when I roll through at 6 AM.
I noticed some folks mentioned the manual dump bed being heavy, but the gas-strut assist actually helps a lot. You still need to give it a solid push if it’s full of wet manure, but for loose feed or dirt, it tips easily. The single-pedal braking system (stops all three wheels) is responsive—almost too responsive at first, so practice in the driveway before you load it up. The seat is a bit utilitarian (could use more foam), but for 30-minute chore loops, it’s perfect.
I use this to haul tools across a very bumpy construction site. The front fork suspension and the rear springs actually do a decent job. It's not a luxury car, but compared to the rigid golf cart we were using, it's night and day. You don't feel every single rock in your spine.
