LLAMA TRUCK LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Coverage and Warranty Periods

LLAMA TRUCK provides the original purchaser of a new vehicle purchased directly from LLAMA TRUCK or an authorized dealer with a limited, parts-only warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use and service.

Coverage begins on the original retail purchase date.

*Full replacement battery coverage applies to personal-use vehicles only. Commercial, rental, and fleet applications require separate written warranty terms. The battery periods above do not guarantee unchanged capacity, driving range, or runtime throughout ownership.

Warranty Service

LLAMA TRUCK determines whether an eligible defective part will be repaired or replaced. Replacement parts may be original-equipment or reconditioned components. Removed parts must be returned when requested.

Warranty repairs must be arranged through an approved dealer or service provider. Approved dealer personnel may perform repairs at the customer’s location. Transportation to and from service locations is excluded. Labor is not included in this parts-only warranty unless separately approved in writing.

Exclusions

Coverage excludes routine maintenance, normal wear, cosmetic deterioration, and damage caused by neglect, misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, unapproved electrical installations, or external events.

Consumables and wear items—including tires, brake pads, fuses, bulbs, lubricants, upholstery, and maintenance adjustments—are excluded when replacement is required because of ordinary use or deterioration.

Damage attributable to failure to follow the owner’s manual or to incompatible parts, accessories, or repairs is not covered.

Battery Charging and Maintenance

Both lithium and lead-acid batteries require regular charging. LLAMA TRUCK recommends charging once per week, including during periods when the vehicle is not in use, in accordance with the applicable battery, charger, and owner’s manual instructions.

Battery damage or failure caused by prolonged periods without charging, including deep discharge resulting from such neglect, is not covered by this warranty.

Battery Claims

Battery claims require testing specified by LLAMA TRUCK. Direct connection of non-factory equipment to the battery may invalidate coverage for resulting damage.

The nine-year lithium and five-year lead-acid warranties cover qualifying defects; replacement eligibility must be confirmed through inspection and testing. Normal aging alone does not establish a manufacturing defect.

Contact help@llamatruck.com or +1 (818) 617-6999 before arranging warranty work. Provide proof of purchase, vehicle identification, and a description of the problem. If warranty registration was not completed, the original invoice or bill of sale is required.

Warranty Terms and Legal Rights

Dealers and representatives may not change this warranty without written authorization from LLAMA TRUCK. Product improvements do not require retroactive upgrades to previously sold vehicles.

The remedies and exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted by law. This warranty does not exclude liability or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Purchasers may have additional rights under applicable law.
