I am in love with my Platinum truck. It's build solidly, easy to drive and manuever. The cargo trunk was the perfect size to carry my yard tools, bags of fertilizers, etc... I upgraded to a 72V battery. It wasn't an option on the website but was able to text customer service and got that installed. It can climb an incline but I wouldn't go up a steep incline with it. There was a bit of rusting by the arm rest which they explained was from the friction from the transportation. I live on the east coast and the Platinum made have been on an opened trailer. Don't know. However, I can't say enough good things about the company. The mini-truck was delivered within 2 weeks of ordering online. They called with exact timing of delivery. The team was extremely helpful with any questions I had because the user's manual was not helpful. I highly recommend the Platinum for your light work around the yard. The only negative I have would be the user's manual as well as the inability to speak with sales prior to purchase. I got my questions answered via the chat box on the website instead, but, it would have been more efficient to speak with someone on the phone. All in all, good company, good product.
Very peppy. Good for smoother surfaces but in bumpy farm fields it is rough. Should have wider tires & speed governor for field use. Owners manual could be greatly improved. No description as to what some switches are used for. Hydraulic dump bed is really nice. Appearance looks good .
I live at the top of a brutal, unpaved hill. Was worried an electric rig would struggle, but the torque is insane. It pulls right up the steepest sections with a bed full of firewood, no hesitation. The low range gear is a total lifesaver for the really sketchy, washed-out parts of my driveway.
Got this for my husband's landscaping crew, and he hasn't stopped raving about the hydraulic bed. He used to wreck his back shoveling mulch and dirt out of his old pickup. Now he just presses a button and it tilts effortlessly. The suspension makes the ride surprisingly plush even when loaded down with rocks.
Running up and down the vineyard rows usually drains a battery quickly, but this thing just keeps going. I charge it maybe once a week despite hauling heavy harvest bins all day. The lack of exhaust fumes around the grapes is a massive bonus for us. It feels incredibly sturdy over the rocky soil too.
