Shipping policy
1. Shipping Areas
We ship to the lower 48 United States.
For Hawaii:

We can ship LLAMA Trucks to the Port of Honolulu for customer pickup.

An additional $1,200 ocean freight fee applies.

Customers are responsible for port pickup and any local arrangements after arrival.
We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Shipping Cost

All LLAMA Trucks ship free of charge within the lower 48 states.

Hawaii shipments to the Port of Honolulu incur a $1,200 shipping fee, which will be confirmed separately.
For accessories and non-truck products:

Orders of $69 or more qualify for free shipping.

Orders under $69 are charged a flat $10 shipping fee.
All applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout or confirmed by our sales team.
3. Shipping Time
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For pre-orders or backorders, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page.
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days after shipment, please contact us at sales@llamatruck.com.
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using:

UPS or FedEx for small parcels and accessories

Freight / Truck Delivery for fully assembled LLAMA Trucks

Ocean Freight for Hawaii (Honolulu port pickup only)
Freight deliveries within the continental U.S. are curbside unless otherwise arranged. Our team will contact you in advance to coordinate delivery details.
5. Order Tracking
If you have registered an account on llamatruck.com, you may track your order through your account dashboard.
If you checked out as a guest, you may track your order using your order number on our tracking page.
For shipping or tracking assistance, please contact sales@llamatruck.com. We respond within 24 hours.
6. Delivery Issues
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 3 business days.
After 3 business days, delivery-related claims must be handled directly with the carrier.
