Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Areas
Continental United States (Lower 48 States)
We ship all LLAMA products within the continental United States (lower 48 states). All LLAMA Trucks are eligible for delivery within this region.
Hawaii
- LLAMA Trucks can be shipped to the Port of Honolulu only.
- This is a port pickup service; customers are responsible for pickup and any local transportation after arrival.
- An additional $1,200 ocean freight fee applies.
We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Shipping Cost
LLAMA Trucks
- Free shipping within the lower 48 United States.
- Hawaii (Port of Honolulu pickup): $1,200 shipping fee.
Accessories and Non-Truck Products
- Orders of $69 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Orders under $69 are charged a flat $10 shipping fee.
All applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout or confirmed by our sales team.
3. Shipping Time
Total delivery time = Order processing time + Shipping time.

4. Shipping Methods
- UPS or FedEx for small parcels and accessories
- Freight / Truck delivery for fully assembled LLAMA Trucks
- Ocean freight for Hawaii (Port of Honolulu pickup only)
Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged. Delivery details will be confirmed with the customer prior to shipment.
5. Order Tracking
If you have registered an account on llamatruck.com, you may track your order through your account dashboard.
Guest orders can be tracked using the order number on our tracking page.

6. Delivery Issues
If tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 3 business days.
Claims reported after 3 business days must be resolved directly with the carrier.
