Electric Farm UTV & Cargo Trikes for Florida Farms, Groves and Ranches

Florida is hard on farm equipment. Heat and humidity for much of the year, sudden afternoon downpours, sandy soil, and on the coasts, salt air that finds every scratch in a paint job. Add the usual farm jobs (feed, fertilizer, tools, harvest crates, fence supplies, green waste) and you need a utility vehicle that can work every day without fuel runs or a lot of upkeep.
LLAMA Truck builds electric utility vehicles and three-wheel electric cargo trikes for exactly that kind of daily work. This page explains which models suit Florida groves, nurseries, horse properties, small ranches and coastal acreage, what they cost today, and how delivery works.
What Florida Growers and Landowners Use Them For
Citrus groves and orchards
Running between tree rows with picking crates, irrigation parts and spray supplies. A narrow trike fits rows and headlands that a wide side-by-side can't, and the dump bed makes it easy to empty prunings and dropped fruit.
Plant nurseries and greenhouses
Moving potted stock, bags of media and tools along aisles and between shade houses. A small footprint and quiet electric drive make it practical to work right alongside staff and customers.
Horse properties and small cattle operations
Hay, feed bags, water, mucking and fence repairs. With up to 2,000 lbs of rated payload on several models, one trip often replaces several trips with a wheelbarrow or a pickup.
Coastal acreage, hobby farms and homesteads
Firewood, mulch, storm cleanup, garden work and general hauling around the property. Stainless steel and enclosed-cab options are especially relevant near salt water and in the rainy season.
Why a Three-Wheel Electric Cargo Trike Makes Sense in Florida
Many Florida farms and properties don't need a $12,000-plus side-by-side for daily chores. Our three-wheelers were designed for this kind of work, and they have some clear advantages.
Lower price
Our current three-wheel models are listed from $1,999 to $6,999, compared with $12,499 for our four-wheel Apex. That's money left over for implements, fencing or a second vehicle.
Small footprint and tight turning
Based on our dimension drawings, the Platinum and Vector are each 3 feet 7.3 inches wide and about 10 feet long. A single front wheel and handlebar steering let you turn around at the end of a row, in a barn aisle or between greenhouse benches with fewer back-and-forth maneuvers than a wider four-wheel UTV. We don't publish a turning-radius figure, so if you have a particularly tight spot, measure it and ask us.
Easy to learn
Handlebars, a throttle and a foot brake. Family members, seasonal workers and new hires can usually get comfortable quickly. The Platinum, Vector and Meridian use linked braking, so one pedal brakes all three wheels.
Convenient charging
Every model charges from an AC 110–240V input, so a standard outlet in the barn, shop or garage is enough to get started. No fuel cans, no oil changes and no carburetor problems after a few weeks of sitting through the humidity.

The standard version ($5,999) has heating and a fan. For Florida heat, look at the Meridian (AC) at $6,499, or the Meridian Pro at $6,999, which pairs AC with a power dump bed.

A Note on Road Use and Local Rules
These vehicles are built for work on farms, private property and similar sites. If you plan to drive on public roads, cross a road between parcels or use a vehicle inside a community with its own rules, check Florida, county and local requirements and any HOA rules first. Requirements differ by location, so confirm them locally before you rely on road use.
